The St. George's mushroom is very well put in omelets, rices, stews or vegetables.
 

 

 Mushroom powder (flour) is ideal as a seasoning in stews, stir-fry, mixing it to make a sauce with cream, to please a batter or mashed potatoes in a vinaigrette, a tortilla, and where there is some liquid where being able to mix. Put directly, no water to hydrate before.
